The Wild Road.

Prior to reading that I had no idea what feral cats went through. Since then I've had a water bowl (heated one in winter) and a feeding station outside for the local feral cats. They've gone from being bone thin to being healthy and able to get food here if they couldn't find enough elsewhere. I budget for it - a 16 lb bag of cat food lasts a month and a half. I've been doing it for over 18 years.

The Holy Bible

Travels with Lizbeth

Understanding Yourself by Mark Prophet;
The Yoga of Nutrition by Omraam Aivanhov;
For Couples Only by Shaunti Feldhahn;
The Great Divorce by C. S. Lewis;
The Idiot by Dostoevsky;
West with the Night by Beryl Markham;
One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich by Solzhenitsyn;
Watch Your Dreams by Ann Ree Colton.

None.

I do think them books full of sayings are kinda cool, though.

'Life doesn't have an instruction manual.'

I'm not sure who said the above, but if no one... I'll take credit for it.

It's all learn-as-you-go.

Lord of the Rings. Tolkien is a master author and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Basically everything ever written by O. Henry.

To Kill a Mockingbird

This may be cheating but I would say to me the Middle-earth Saga.. meaning The Hobbit the Lord of the Rings and The silmarillion... I will argue this with anybody that I believe that JRR Tolkien truly was the greatest author of all time. The Man spent his entire life studying languages in the road of stories around his languages. Truly amazing man

The reason why it changed my life was it taught me great storytelling... And made me fall in love with all of the characters that this wonderful Man created at a time when I was kind of going through a lot my parents are getting a divorce at 12 years old I even rewrite them when I discovered my dad was nothing but a scumbag about 10 years later and I just was immersed in the world of Middle Earth
