The British Empire is long gone, but if you're asking whether or not the UK plays second fiddle to the States, the answer would be yes obviously. The US says "jump" and the Brits ask "How high?"

The British "Empire" was dissolved in the 1940s, 50s and 60s. Check your history books.

The British Empire officially ended in 1947. You must not have received the memo.

the UK does not have an empire we closed down all our Military bases east of Suez in 1972 today we Have 14 British Overseas territories

Much like the USA with Alaska Hawaii and the dozens of Island nations in the Pacific

and today it is Just the Commonwealth of nations

Trump isn't capable of taking over an outhouse.

They already have Diego Garcia, if they wanted other forsaken flyspecks to practice deniable torture, they could pay for them.

It sure is. The seventeen legs that it's already gone through bear testament to the validity of your question. Well done.

What are you talking about? The Empire has already long gone. It began dissolution in 1947 and was dismantled by 1980. All except for the city state of Hong Kong and that was returned to the Chinese at the end of the land lease agreement in 1997. Most former members of the empire now form an informal voluntary organisation called the Commonwealth of Nations.

What was left afterwards were a handful of islands either too small to self govern or too ethnically British to have any interest in independence. If Trump wants the Ascension Islands or Tristan da Cunha I guess he's welcome to them. They're all tax havens so he could launder his mafia money through them.

But let's be real. He probably already does.

Your country is largely populated by mongols as far as I can tell. What bit of the 'British Empire' are you particularly interested in? We could let you camp on the Goodwin Sands when the tide is out maybe.

Hate to break it to you but the British Empire morphed into the British Commonwealth of Nations.
