Honestly, I feel like giving up. I really want to be an actress and persuade my dream, ever since I was a young girl. I'm 15 now. I see people like Millie Bobby Brown or Finn Wolfhard doing so well and making it big. No one in my life supports me. No

Answers:

If your parents say no, you will have to wait until you are 18. You can take classes and train now, but you will not be able to actually get work until you are an adult.

You WILL have to have a job to pay the bills, or you will be homeless. Everyone has to have a source of income other then acting when they start, it takes AT LEAST a couple years before you make money acting, for most it take many years, if ever.

I am all for going after you dream, but you need to be aware that you will have to have survival jobs, and the road is long and hard.

At 15 you are just at the beginning of being able to direct your life chances. Many actors study for several years and then, if they are lucky, get launched on good careers. I have never heard of the two actors you name, but I assume that they were lucky at a young age.

Good luck in life. Do try acting for a while - you are young and can afford to have a blip or two in life. Who knows, you might be one of the lucky ones!

Please stay in school and learn how to spell. You can't "persuade" a dream.

No

take acting class in high school, go to college take acting classes, get a degree, then if you want university acting, till you finish, if you can in between get acting jobs work your way up. financial aid can pay for your classes.

Go to a big college to become a nurse. While there join a theater group. When you graduate and become a nurse, keep on acting on stage and sending your resume out. You have to start somewhere. If you think you will land a big role out of nowhere you are deluding yourself. Acting, like any other job, requires a resume. Building a resume takes time. While working on your acting career get a real job to pay your bills so you will not be homeless. You don't have to give up your dreams, you just need to be more realistic. Start now by finishing school and by joining your school's theater.
