I hate writing emails to a a professional because I always feel like I sound stupid. I Got some graduation pictures done this summer and I want to ask the photographer if she makes graduation cards. Can you format an email for me that sounds professional?

Answers:

Sir please remember you as a purchaser

Are the boss, so even if you think

Your desires are silly, your still the boss

With the cash that pays the photographer

To do their job.

Very best wishes

Mars

Source:) Photography school,

Photographers see all kind of requests. As they run a business, they have to adapt to the intelligence level of EVERYBODY. They are not judgemental as they don't care. It is business. Everybody who wants have photos done, have money. No matter how you ask, they can decipher it.

Whew... a high school graduate that cannot even write a simple email. This world is truly in the crap hole.

Dear Ms (her last name);
I had my graduation photos taken this summer and enjoyed the experience; the photos came out quite lovely.

I am writing to inquire if you also provide graduation cards, as well. I would appreciate any information you can provide me. Thank you very much.

Respectfully,

You are actually graduating from a school?

Dear _____,

I am going to be graduating in June and am looking for a photographer who is able to do shots for high school (or college, whichever you're graduating from) graduation cards. My email is ______________, I am trying to line something up in advance and, if you are available, would be interested in knowing the lead time and pricing you charge.

Yours,

Dear [Photographer's name},

Thank you for taking such lovely graduation photographs of me on [date photos taken}.

I would like to know if you can provide me with graduation cards using [indicate specific photo]. If so, what is the cost of this service?

If you do not provide this service, do you work with a service that can or would you be willing to license the image and provide me with a high resolution file so I can have the card made by an outside vendor?

Thank you,

After having read your question I understand your reluctance to write emails to professionals.
