this is my 5th tattoo but my 1st colored tattoo and im curious why its leaking more than my black ones. I go to the same girl for all my tattoos fyi. And i use the second skin wrap so its gross to see all of it mixed together lmao.

Answers:

My coloured ones leaked more than my black/grey ones, so your fine on that part.

Just being paranoid cause your not use to it, I remember freaking out abit coz my 4th was my 1st coloured.

Anyway - in general all artists have something that differs when it comes to healing tattoos. Ive never heard of the 2nd skin wrap so just looked it up, seems like a good idea tbh. I've only ever wrapped my tattoos up at night (with plenty of moisturiser) and I've never needed a touch up. If you've used the wrap before then obviously go ahead and keep using it, think that other person through it was saran wrap/cling film.

If you're re wrapping your tattoo, you shouldn't be doing that you're asking for an infection if you are re wrapping it. Tattoos need air to heal.
As said before colour tattoos can leak more ink then black and gray tattoos. But I never noticed any of my tattoos leaking that much.
You should be washing your tattoo regularly too with unscented not dyed plain soap. This can help remove the leakage.
If the colour completely comes out, you can always get it re touched.

Color tattoos tend to leak more than black and grey, they also fade a little faster. As long as it doesn't become infected and heals at a normal rate, I think you'll be fine. If you're still worried about it, call up your artist and ask. She'll probably appreciate and be open to your questions, especially since she's done more than one tattoo for you. Good luck!

I have a few colored tattoos and the ink leaked until the tat scabbed over and mine tats are fine.
