I don t want to be fired but I have to work with the most annoying people for the next 5 weeks at an outdoor pool while in Adelaide. Should I say I m feeling dizzy? I do get migraines but it has to be 7 weeks...and I need a doctors note so what should I t

Answers:

A doctor isn't going to write you a note for 5 weeks off for no reason. Even going to see a doctor for such a reason is a waste of their time and you're going to be wasting your money paying them for their time to decline doing this for you. I can't believe it's possible if you do go to the doctor with this for this reason it's likely they're going to put you through psychological evaluation.

Your only options are to grow up and do the job or quit the job and find another one. It's a better idea to find another job first before quitting this one because it can take quite a long time to find another job.

Even if you do find a doctor willing to do this no absence is acceptable even, if your legitimately sick and dying in the hospital, it's not acceptable because an employer needs people there to do the work. That's why they hire and pay people - to be there and do the work. If the people they hire don't show up to do it they replace those people with people that do. Doctors note or not

Good luck ! No doctor will excuse you for that .
In the grown up world you learn how to deal with annoying people.

if your doctor findsa reason for this long absence he will determine that and follow thru

Poor baby... You're going to find annoying people in all most every job. You're going to have to find out if you can learn to work with them or not. If you can try to stay away from them as much as possible, or try not to stress over how annoying they are and do your job.
You could ask for medical leave but they're not going to give you 5 weeks off. If you can't do your job because your in serious pain or very sick, then they might consider giving you a couple of weeks but not 5-7 weeks.
You would also have to have a chat with your boss and tell them why you need medical leave.
Suck it up and learn to deal with them, or get another job.

U will not get 5 weeks doctor's approved leave off work. Unless u need a major operarion and need to stay in bed recovering from it

For that amount of time off, you'd need a serious medical condition. No doctor will write a note to cover for you because you're lazy and unmotivated. Just quit your job and find a new one.

Hun, you're not really being that honest. You're going to find annoying people wherever you work. I am sorry to say. The best suggestion that I have, is if you don't feel that you can work with the people that you're working with, you need to go out and find another job, and then quit this job! You don't want to be coined as someone who cannot work well with people. Many bosses do look for being able to fit into the company culture. So if you go to the doctors to get a sick note, you obviously don't fit into the company culture! Cut your ties with this company, and look for something that will fit your personality better.

i would just tell him the truth, otherwize you might not get the note, maybe you should get another job if you find them so annoying

no chance

Impossible. Doctors are really stringent giving out medical certificates, and for that length of time, you'd need to be suffering from something major.
