windows 10 has built in RESET options. you choose the one that suits YOU. remember choosing the HARDEST HITTING one will erase your DOCUMENTS.

Install a second hard drive.

If you already have Windows 10 on your computer save your music and your pictures and your documents on a flash drive or an external hard drive then put your finger on the shift button and hold it down keep it held down then restart the computer from the little menu button on the left hand side in a moment you will come to the repair console let it do its little 2-minute check then choose the word troubleshooting then from there to choose the word reset this PC and do not save files if you save files the problem will not be fixed. I suspect that Windows 10 has saved all of its old installations and now your hard drive is slapped full of them that's a big problem with Windows 10 it creates more partitions then the computer can recognize and make some mess so try what I said and if that doesn't work email me and I will tell you how to do a fresh install from a USB stick

Try a defrag. You can also check specific folders (such as program files on C: drive) and see what size they are. That will narrow it down for ya.

Did you empty the recycle bin?
