Answers:

Should be on two seconds to twelve

You can thank 0bummer and Shitlery Clinton.

The "Doomsday Clock is TOTAL BS!!!

It doesn't even mention the Cuban Missile crisis much less setting the clock to 1 sec before midnight which the situation demanded!

I'm still giving it 50/50 odds that Trump will cause the destruction of the human species by giving in to his ego and pride and get trigger happy with our nukes. Our only hope is that some patriotic Secret Service officer will put his duty to his nation ahead of his duty to protect the president and stop him by any means necessary.

I grew up in a time when we had drills in schools, had to watch "Duck and Cover", Air raid sirens were tested regularly, and basements of public buildings were stocked to the ceiling with Civil Defense supplies, including Geiger Counters and dosimeters. Soviet nuclear capable Tu-95 Bear bombers invaded US airspace on a weekly basis, Cuban Missile Crisis and all that Cold War jazz.
I have perspective.

"Just recently" was three weeks ago. You're a little slow with your alarmism.

The only constant in this world is change. My teenage years were spent with the Clock never being at a time earlier than 11:53 and sometimes as late as 11:57. We managed to get through that all right.

I feel okay. The current state of the world will, as it always does, change. Tempers will ease. Heads of state will be replaced by other heads of state and official philosophies will become less volatile, less inflammatory, less obstinate. The Clock will be turned back.

I feel okay. You should too.
