Answers:

Who cares!

Harry

This is a mater of opinion based on coverage of the royals. Most of us have never met any of the world's royals and I doubt that any of us has a relationship with any in order to really know. And, remember, this is opinion-based!

William, Catherine and Harry seem to be good-hearted, serious people when it comes to their public lives. William and Catherine appear to have a stable, warm, family life, being good parents to their children.

Anne is portrayed as being very matter-of-fact and can be bluff, like her father, but she is dedicated to her causes. The Princess Royal once said that one doesn't have to be a cuddly type of person in order of caring about the well-being of all.

The Queen is diffident and controlled in public; in private she is said to be warm, possessing a wicked sense of humor.

Queen Rania of Jordan seems to be a very positive, forward-thinking woman, seeking to make a difference that helps, not harms people.

Having met H.R.H. Princess Anne, the Princess Royal on two occasions, i would have to say she has a fantastic personality, she was warm, friendly, very funny, inteligent and knowlegable about the venue she was visiting. i cant say if she has the best personality, but she is number one on my list.

Prince Harry.

I did have a little think so I made an effort, but sorry, they are all about as interesting as a bowl of porridge.

HRH The Ferguson Duchess of York

Not having met any of them, I have no idea.

Media interviews are no help, because they are brief and edited.

So, sorry, this isn't a question that anyone here can really answer. You'd have to know a lot of royals personally in order to rank them in terms of "best-to-worst" personality.

Prince Harry always strikes me as being the personable one in the Royal Family.

Jim.
Although Nana was very funny also.
