I’ve been feeling a little burnt out lately. Nothing seems to go right. When I have to rush out the door and I forget my camera, I see lots of things to photograph. When I remember to take my camera, I see nothing of interest. I’m beginning to wonder if the camera, or lack of, is effecting my ability to enjoy and explore my surroundings. Often I find myself more concerned with how the image will come out then what I was looking at to begin with.

I’m the same lately - I think these things have an ebb and flow. Sometimes you’re in the “zone” everything is a great picture and turns out exactly as you see it, other times you’re stuck in that rut. Wait it out, it’s worth it

I spent a week on Oahu and two on Hawaii and I’ve been yearning to return to live ever since. this photo perfectly captures the beauty I remember. It draws me. Thank you for sharing.
