He may not have been the most ideal model but I agree with the comment on color and tone. I like how you can see how multi-textured he is.
Also, it reminds me of my childhood - playing in the mud near the chicken coop at Granny’s house. Making mud drip castles with my brother and a hand full of my cousins.
